Bathing Facilities
When a shower alone isn’t enough and you want to stretch out and relax in a warm bath, you can
enjoy the bathing facilities at GRAN CUSTOMA Ueno free of charge.
Unwind in the spacious public bath, where you can stretch out and enjoy a relaxing soak, or ease
your body in the soothing jet bath.
On the 26th of each month, celebrated as “Bath Day” in Japan (the number 26 can be read as
“furo,” meaning bath), special themed baths are available. Enjoy seasonal baths featuring
ingredients such as yuzu citrus, Japanese iris, and cherry blossoms.
Available Hours
Available during all hours except 2:00 AM–5:00 AM (the bathing facilities are unavailable during
these hours due to maintenance).
Sauna
You can also enjoy the sauna located next to the bathing facilities at GRAN CUSTOMA Ueno.
Immerse yourself in the soothing aroma of aromatic oils and experience the intense heat of löyly
in the high-humidity sauna.
A cold plunge pool is also available in the men's bathing area.
