About Us
Through your stay at Villa Customa,
we hope to share the wonders of Ueno and Japan with you.
Villa Customa was born out of a desire to provide a stay where guests can quietly and deeply experience the charm of Japan in Ueno, Tokyo—a place where diverse cultures converge. Ueno is a unique neighborhood where history, art, the charm of a traditional working-class district, and modern vibrancy coexist. We believe our role is to create a space where you can relax as if you were at home, while naturally blending into the atmosphere of the area.
The private setting of Villa Customa is designed to allow you to relax and unwind from the stresses of travel while cherishing time with family and friends. We also hope that during your stay, you will experience the “beauty of everyday Tokyo” by exploring the nearby cultural attractions and strolling through the neighborhood streets.
Villa Customa aims to be more than just a place to stay; we want it to be a space that quietly conveys the charm of Ueno and Japan. With this vision in mind, we will continue to dedicate ourselves to creating a thoughtful and welcoming environment.
